Has been coming twice for same complaints and said "within spec... normal " "wait for it to be become worst and comeback"
For the rattling/vibration noise they blame the roads not the car. I told them how come my other 3 cars doesnt have it? Make sense?
This service center is a joke
Probably just put in those requests for the record, may accumulate and waste time, log the complaints for future reference that no action was taken.
By far the easiest, least stressful car buying experience ever! Ill never buy a car from a car dealership again!
Update: I went back in today for my first service visit to have a tow package installed and it was a good experience. They got me in and out in a little over two hours and did a great job! I went to lunch at Dicicco's right next door while i was waiting and it was also excellent.
I forgot to ask the service advisor for her name. She is the same person who assisted me when I took delivery of my car and she did and excellent job both times.
I do think Tesla needs to expand this service center or open a second one in Fresno. It was packed and very busy.
The vehicle didn't have enough charge for 150 mile trip home! That's a problem, service issue. Won't forget that. Future buyer, make your new vehicle is fully charged before taking possession!
The people here are polite and professional, almost as if they were brainwashed! Kidding aside, Tesla must be paying them well for their service center reps to be so accommodating.
The app handles all service appointments - I wouldn’t even know how to contact a real person at the store itself but I’ve never really felt a need to as the in-app messenger service is much more my speed - who even talks on the phone these days?
Prices are pretty fair I’d guess for this type of a car; expect to pay more than for a “regular” car that can be serviced at any garage.
Strangest service experience I've ever had. Parking is a disaster. Odd building. It's the equivalent of a burner phone. Sparse furniture and no decor in the office. No receptionist. No signage. You have to hunt down the service staff in a back room that looks like a prison computer lab. Almost like they move offices every few days.
I had to reexplain my service requests, which had been submitted through the app weeks ago. Staff went out to the car and couldn't see the giant pop up error code on the screen, so I had to take them back out, show them, take pictures, and then send the pictures to them.
Service took about 6 hours because they booked too many appointments. I drove 1.5 hours to get here, so I got to hang out and enjoy the "scenery" for a while. I did walk about 1/3 mile to a Starbucks for a couple hours.
Ultimately, they fixed the problems and addressed the vehicle recall. The staff was friendly enough. The place was a mad house. Tiny waiting room had 12 people at one point. People picking up cars, bringing cars in for service, and trying to pick up cars. Tesla definitely needs a new building and more staff.
Needed to replace the 12v battery on our car. It was a Saturday, the service center was closed but the showroom was open. We decided to anyway. The salesman we spoke with was very friendly and, to our surprise, was able to help us! He got our new battery and had a girl there charge us! Yay!
The Service team is very nice . They have their challenges but everyone in the team is so sweet and understanding. They go above and beyond and provide excellent service . Special thanks to Amanda for being awesome.

Bought a Tesla here. While purchasing, I was told Tesla didn't come with charging cord. So I ordered car and power cord first in advance. The day I picked up, battery was not even 50% charged. And I don't have power cord shipped to my home yet. Sales told me this location doesn't have super charger so they can't charge battery full and I can go other place to charge. OMG. With slower charger, you can still charge the battery, ok? They just simply forgot to charge it in advance. 👎👎👎
And they ask us where will we celebrate? Of course, super charge station under temperature 108f and sun roof. Definitely really bad shopping experience.
